Our association with clients seldom concludes at the closing table; in fact, many often become an integral part of our extended family. As REALTOR®s, we approach the real estate business with the utmost gravity, yet we relish forging ties with our clients and referral partners by organizing events and activities to honor the relationships we have established.
We derive our greatest sense of pride and gauge our success from two sources: client referrals, which stem from their satisfaction with the exceptional service we offer, and recommendations from trusted partners, including home inspectors and lenders.
Throughout our lives, we have actively participated in community initiatives, which has translated into our business practice of donating to non-profit organizations every month. In recognition of each successful transaction, we pledge to make a financial contribution to a non-profit organization of the client's choice, in their name. Over the years, we have participated in several non-profit organizations and service clubs, such as the Rotary Club of Aurora, Colorado Springs Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Colorado Springs Black Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Pikes Peak, Susan G Komen for the Cure, and El Pomar Foundation. Additionally, Gina is an active member of our homeowners' association board and has been involved in the Rotary Club of Aurora's holiday campaigns as a "bell ringer" with Skip. We are committed to giving back to our community, and it is an integral part of our identity as The Arms Team.
